Plant Optimization Services
Coordinated Commissioning's team of multi-discipline specialist can provide Process Optimization Services. By carefully defining your process constraints, and then tuning the system to optimize the system parameters, we seek to increase efficiency, throughput, and/or minimize input costs, thus increasing bottom line revenue.
The three parameters our team will focus on are:
1) Equipment Optimization: Our team will test the equipment in order to identify bottlenecks, which are preventing the system from being used to its fullest capacity.
2) Control Optimization: When the loop is not properly tuned (or poorly designed) the process runs below ideal standards. Our highly skilled instrumentation technicians verify the control loops in the identified system and then tune the parameters towards ideal conditions.
3) Operating Procedures: Operating procedures can be reviewed to identify the areas where manual control of the plant results in inefficient operations. Our team of procedure writers can work with your organization to restructure these procedures in a way that meets your expectations, whilst improving plant operations.
Because control systems drift as time goes by, and/or mechanical wear changes the performance characteristics, Coordinated Commissioning provides recurring Performance Supervision services, designed to maximize plant revenue until the end of equipment life.
